110 Years of Loyal Welsh Service

Tuesday 8th December 2015 was a red letter day in Pembroke Dock as Brethren travelled from all over West Wales and beyond to pay tribute to the Masonic Careers of two very distinguished West Wales Brethren. VW Bro Michael B Davies received a certificate and badge to mark 60 years unbroken membership, whilst W Bro Keith Bowskill received his 50 year certificate and badge. Both presentations were made by the Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro Stephen D Hookey, who was accompanied by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, VW Bro Brian C Hilling, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, W Bro Lionel C Hughes and the Past Provincial Grand Master RW Bro Eric GS Mock. The citations were read by the Provincial Grand Secretary, W Bro David J Elsley PAGDC.

In addition to the West Wales Rulers, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master for the Province of Gloucestershire, VW Bro John Thurston was in attendance to make a further presentation of a 60-year certificate from the Province of Gloucestershire, to the Past Deputy Provincial Grand Master for the Province of Gloucestershire, VW Bro Mike Davies.

There were a total of 12 Grand Officers present in the Temple to see the presentations - a remarkable tribute to the service given by both Brethren to Freemasonry.
