Trevor Kelway Lodge

Carol Service - 10th December 2016

The Annual Trevor Kelway Lodge Carol Service was held at the Masonic Hall, LLanelli, on Saturday, 10th December, 2016, and hosted by the Worshipful Master, W.Bro. Andrew Leahy and Mrs Tracy Leahy.

Following a ‘mulled wine’ reception and a most enjoyable Carol Service led by members of the Llanelli Salvation Army Band,  66 brethren, ladies and other guests sat down to a festive meal and enjoyed the remainder of a convivial evening.  A number of children attending with their families played a full part in the evening’s activities.

Yet again, the event was well supported by brethren and ladies travelling afar from outside the Llanelli area, including the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, W.Bro. Jeffrey Lewis and Mrs Ann Lewis, along with Past Deputy Provincial Grand Master, V.W.Bro. Tom Evans and Mrs Eira Evans.

Many toys and gifts, donated by members, guests and others unable to attend were presented to the Salvation Army for distribution to needy children along with a cheque for £200 as a donation from the Trevor Kelway Lodge.

A raffle raised £215 to be used to the benefit of local good causes, with prizes donated by Lodge members.

W.Bro. Andrew and Tracy wish to thank all for their enthusiastic and generous support.
